Demonstration Class: Spanish Paella Party

Class Description: Spanish foods harbor just the right amount of sophistication to go alongside what are otherwise simple dishes. We will start off with a couple of Spanish Tapas (appetizers) and then move onto the main course. Paella is all things good: juicy seasoned Chicken and Sausage, tender-crisp Shrimp, and Saffron scented Rice with crispy toasty rice bits. A creamy dessert paella with fruits will be made for dessert.
About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
