Class Description: Food is a cornerstone of Thai culture, with spices, herbs, fresh ingredients, and vibrant flavors deeply woven into its identity. Tonight, let’s embark on a quick journey to Thailand and indulge in some iconic Thai dishes: Thai Shrimp Soup with Coconut Milk followed by Minced Chicken in Lettuce Cups—a perfect blend of tangy, sweet, salty, and spicy, topped with Cashews, Lime, Mint, and Cilantro. To finish, we’ll enjoy a Spiced Pumpkin Pudding Soufflé for dessert.
About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
