Class Description: Join us for a flavour-filled evening across Korea, China, and Japan. Tonight, we will start by making crispy dakgangjeong (Korean fried chicken), and then savoury Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork) served with fried rice. We will be ending with a delicate Japanese cotton cheesecake. A delicious evening of bold, balanced, and unforgettable dishes.
About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
