Class Description: Tapas are generally eaten as snacks or appetizers in Spanish cuisine, served on small plates and often shared around the table. They are delicious! Learn the quick and easy way to be ready for your guests so you can join the party too. We will feature sweet and savoury tapenades to go with different hors d'oeuvres and some classic sweets ranging from appetizers to desserts. From Lollipop Chicken, Pecan crusted Scallops, Sweet Potato Julienne Fries with an Aioli Sauce, Puff Pastry and more.
About this Class: This is a participation-based class where you will be guided through the recipes by the chef, but you will be doing most of the work. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to six participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
