Gourmet Du Village Chili Seasoning Jar

Product Description

One of our best seasonings in a re-closable jar, award winning recipe at Chili cook-offs. Makes 21 cups, lots and lots of the best tasting Homemade Chili.

Beer Chili Recipe
All you Need:
48g/1.7 oz Chili Seasoning Mix
454 g (1 lb) lean ground beef
60 ml (4 Tbsp) tomato paste
250 ml (1 cup/ 8 oz.) lager type beer or beef broth
1 can (796 ml/28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (540 ml/19 oz) red kidney beans, drained & rinsed

All you do:
Brown meat in a large skillet over high heat. Drain off excess fat. Stir in Chili Seasonings & tomato paste until well combined. Add diced tomatoes & beer (or broth). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add kidney beans. Simmer another 15 minutes.

For best results we recommend preparing the chili a day ahead. Serve with toppings of sour cream, grated cheese, guacamole, sliced green onions.
Great with nachos or crusty bread.
