Learn how to make a basic stock from scratch and turn it into a delicious, hearty soup. On this cozy fall evening, we’ll prepare and taste two comforting favourites: a classic broth-based French Onion Soup and a creamy Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Along the way, you’ll pick up simple techniques for building flavour and creating homemade soups you can easily recreate at home. Both are perfect for warming up on a chilly November night. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eAbout this Class: \u003c\/b\u003eThis is a participation-based class where you will be guided through the recipes by the chef, but you will be doing most of the work. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to six participants. Class length is approximately two hours.
