Class Description: The first day of summer is just around the corner and both the weather and the kitchen are heating up fast. For those lazy, hazy, hot summer days, individual no-bake mini Cheesecakes are a truly "no-oven required" recipe that comes together in a snap in mini mason jars (everyone will go home with 4 mini mason jar cheesecakes). Next a super simple and speedy Ice Cream Sandwich Cake that will thrill and chill both family and friends. Last but not least, a Fruit Buckle, a light and not-too-sweet summer dessert that showcases seasonal fruit. Please bring containers for any leftovers.
About this Class: This is a participation-based class where you will be guided through the recipes by the chef, but you will be doing most of the work. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to six participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
