Class Description: Food is a main cultural asset in Thailand, and spices, herbs, fresh produce, and bold flavours are part of the Thai identity. Let’s take a short trip to Thailand tonight and feast on some famous Thai dishes: Thai Mussels, a Mango Salad with Peanuts, Pad Thai served with a Chicken Thai Curry, and Pumpkin Pudding Pie for dessert.

About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
