Class Description: Satisfy the Nonna in you, no matter what she’s craving! Tonight we will learn the classic way to prepare authentic Chicken Parmesan with a fresh Tomato Sauce, accompanied by a Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tagliatelle. For dessert, we will prepare Tiramisu Mousse Parfaits. 

About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
