Entertaining Evening (as usual)!

Chef Simon and his wife bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Both an informative and as much an entertaining evening. This session focused on the classic Italian entree of chicken parmesan (with truffle tagliatelle) and tiramisu. To top it off, we all had a meal of the chef’s production! Delicious!!

This demonstration class was such a great experience! The food was incredible, techniques were helpful and easy to follow, and Chef Simon was great!
Additionally, Simon was able to accommodate a nut allergy and a gluten-intolerance.
