Class Description: When you think of Moroccan food, you think of flavor. It’s home to the colorful tagine and a dizzying number of exotic spices and seasonings. We will start the evening with Moroccan Beet Salad, followed by Boulettes (meatlballs) in a Tomato Saffron Sauce served with Couscous. For dessert, we will have a decadent Chocolate Date Walnut Cake.
About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
