Class Description: The waters of the world provide us with one of the greatest pleasures on Earth - seafood! From the shells of the conch to the filet of the swordfish, seafood is delectable, diverse and healthy. We will feast on a Tagliatelle of Escargot as a starter, followed by a trio of Food from the Sea: Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp drawn with Butter. Tantalizing Sweet pecan crusted Scallops and Honey will be featured for dessert.
About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
