Class Description: Have you ever made braised vegetables for your salad? If not, you will tonight - it's delicious! We will also be highlighting juicy and tender Beer Braised Beef along with the very classic braised ham. And we can not forget about dessert – braised apples in a warm caramel sauce.
About this Class: As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
