Global GSF Series 3" Peeling Knife

The Global GSF range knives all have Global’s famous Chromova18 blades and are sharpened to a 15 degree angle.

The GSF-46 is virtually identical to the GSF-15, but it has a slightly deeper blade. These small paring knives are perfect for little kitchen tasks like cutting up fruit or taking the eyes out of potatoes. One little advantage we find is that the blade sits a bit better in block sets, because there is more weight in the blade. This is especially useful with the older oval blocks.
