Global GS Series 4" Kitchen Knife

The Global GS range knives all have Global’s famous Chromova18 blades and are sharpened to a 15 degree angle.

The GS-1 is the smallest stated cook's knife in the Global range with an 11cm blade and like all cook's knives is a multi purpose knife used for cutting, slicing and chopping. Use this knife for small kitchen work, cutting the leaves from strawberries or quatering oranges.
