Tonight we will learn to differentiate between the two coastal Salmons and the simplicity on how to prepare and cook them, including Salmon Papillote in Parchemin with delectable results. We will also make Salmon Bouchées as an appetizer and as a sweet surprise: Honey Lacquered Salmon for dessert.
