Come and learn all about traditional Canadian Foods from Coast to Coast. We will feature dishes from the Atlantic Provinces - Salmon, Shrimp & Lobster, then moving to Eastern Provinces - Lamb & Maple Syrup, with a quick stop to the Prairies - Beef and Wheat, and finishing at the Sunshine Coast of the Rockies for dessert.

As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
