Class Description: Cajun food is robust, rustic food, found along the bayous of Louisiana, a combination of French and Southern Cuisines. Known for its spicy notes and heartiness, Cajun dishes are still heavily rooted in seafood. Together, we will learn the simple yet delectable way to make a Creole Gumbo or Shrimp Etouffée, as well as Blackened Fish. For dessert, we will make classic New Orleans Beignets.
